1:Characteristics of Alloy moulds:

A: Hard alloy with high hardness,resistant to oxidation, high temperature,acid and alkali,

B: Electroplated emery wheels and moulds;

C: Moulds with optical fiber or nylon;

D: Special hard alloy moulds with the high precision and long service life for extrusion of aluminum and copper.

E: Moulds for magnetic materials and battery.

F: Moulds with the long service life for ceramic tiles ,bricks and firebricks.

2: Applications of alloy listed as follows:

J901: The special alloy for the mould of ceramic tiles and firebricks won a national patent award. and has been adopted by tiles factories for it has a serivce life 16 times longer than the hard steel mould.

J101:The alloy is used in making the machine parts working in a corrosive condition,such as axes,aiguilles, and airprooof loop etc.The biggest advantage is good performance in a coorosive condition.

F23: This product is our company's patent products.It is mainl applied to Silican steel slitting ,stainless steel,steel and non-ferrous metals punching,The advantage is a reasonable price. The biggest advantage is super toughness,excellent flexural strength,It is strong breaking tenacity resistant to high speed repetitive impact.

YWN15: The alloy is for moulds forming magetic products such as NdFeB magn etsand ferrite magets as well as batteries.One of the National 6.5 projects certified by a national institute.

YGX1:Used in stretching and reforming stainless steel and iron and silicon steel for its high hardness and abrasion resistance.

YG8T:Used in stretching and reforming ordinary steel and non-ferrous metals for its service likfe is half longer than that of Yg8.

YG15C: For forming hardware mould and extrusion mould.

YG20C: It can withstand high speed impact of automatic moulds .In addition to the advantages of F23,It has a better abrasion resistance.
